  • How should I prepare for my appointment?

    • Makeup appointments, please make sure your face is clean and free of any makeup or mascara before your makeup artist arrives.

    • Blowout appointments, we recommend your hair is freshly shampooed, conditioned and wet before your hairstylist arrives.

    • Formal styles, braids and iron styles, your hair needs to be clean and dry. We recommend shampooing and conditioning your hair the night before your appointment to see the best results.

    For all appointments, please make sure to have enough table space for our artist’s kits.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES FOR LARGE PARTIES?

    Yes, we can accommodate as many as possible before your event, depending on how early you are willing to start. If you are short on time, additional artists are available to help your party get ready fast. We do not have any minimums or maximums

  • Can I book a last minute appointment?

    You can book an appointment online up to twenty-four hours before the desired appointment time. If you need an appointment last minute or within the next twenty-four hours please call our toll free number 725-977-9789 and one of our reservation specialists will accommodate your needs.

  • DO YOU HAVE A MAKEUP STUDIO I CAN GO TO?

    No, but our artists will travel to you. Part of the luxury service that is hiring a makeup artist/ hair stylist is not having to leave your place of comfort and have the artists come to you. Soon we will offer in-studio services for non-bridal & bridal trials.

  • DO I NEED A TRIAL? IS IT NECESSARY?

    We highly recommend doing a trial makeup & hair session for your wedding. It’ll give us the opportunity to meet you in person and get to know you, so we can create the perfect hair and makeup look for you on the most important day of your life. Email us for trial pricing and bookings.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

    If a cancellation occurs, deposit fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Last minute cancellations will be charged full price.

  • WHAT COSMETIC BRANDS DO YOU USE?

    We use Nars, Mac Cosmetics, Tarte, Inglot, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Makeup Forever, RCMA just to name a few. We also offer cruelty free options.

  • I have sensitive skin, Can I bring my own makeup?

    You are more than welcome to! But, we do offer hypoallergenic options as well.

  • IS AIRBRUSH MAKEUP BETTER THAN TRADITIONAL MAKEUP?

    Airbrush makeup is more natural but does not provide as much coverage as traditional makeup. We suggest a trial to see if airbrush is the right fit for you. If you prefer medium to full coverage foundation, we suggest having your makeup artist use a traditional foundation that is customized and applied with a sponge or brush.

  • IF COMING TO MY HOTEL, HOW WILL YOU KNOW MY ROOM NUMBER?

    We ask that you contact your artist(s) or stylist(s) by phone or text message to relay your hotel room number upon your check-in. The sooner you inform your artist/stylist the better. If you cannot reach your artist/stylist you may call us at 725-977-9789.
